Wayne spent nearly thirty years with Walt Disney Attractions and participated on the opening teams for the Magic Kingdom and EPCOT at Walt Disney World in Orlando; Tokyo Disneyland and Disneyland, Paris. Wayne’s expertise includes new project development, maintenance and operational planning, space utilization, and preventive maintenance development and audits.

After spending time with Disney, Wayne set out on his own to provide a wide array of maintenance related services to hospitality, leisure, entertainment and resort venues; manufacturing facilities and municipalities. His work includes development of maintenance–related design criteria for new projects, developing spare part requirements, implementation of environmental compliance, and monitoring programs for solid waste, recycling and hazardous waste collection.

Meadows is noted for helping his clients develop and maintain long term maintenance strategies by creating preventive maintenance programs, safety inspections and long range facility rehabilitations. Wayne can also provide direction on daily custodial strategy that includes floor care, maintenance and general building cleaning.

Wayne has a bachelor’s degree in engineering technology, masters in business administration, and is a Certified Plant Engineer. |
