Steve Lee has a broad operations and finance background that has seen him in leadership positions on multiple world fairs, mass attendance events, regional theme parks and attractions. He is sought after senior level member of management for projects in North America, Europe and Asia.

After working for a decade in financial positions in regional theme parks, Steve began his association with world fairs by setting up financial controls and managing retail at the 1982 World’s Fair in Knoxville. In 1986, he was Vice President of Finance for all retail operations at EXPO 86, the World’s Fair in Vancouver, British Columbia. In 2000, Lee oversaw 2,000 seasonal employees as Chief Financial Officer for Expo 2000, the World’s Fair in Hannover, Germany.

Steve has served as Chief Financial Officer for Santa Monica Pier, in Santa Monica, California; Fair Lanes entertainment, the third largest bowling company in the United States, an operation consisting of over 120 centers in eighteen states and Puerto Rico. He was responsible for all financial operations for AmeriFlora 92, a $100 million dollar event held in Columbus, Ohio.

Steve’s operations and finance expertise has been sought out by several museums, parks and attractions including: American Museum of Natural History in New York, Pueblo Espanol and Palacio de Congresso in Mallorca, Spain; Lights of Liberty in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and Belmont Park in San Diego. |
