Mike Oswald has over fifteen years of experience in the amusement and technology industry. A professional with a broad background, Mike is well known for his success for turning around challenging operations.

Oswald began his career in the water park industry working his way up from lifeguard to manager of Admissions. After gaining his degree at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles he worked in the technology sector for a number of years. Mike applied his experience and knowledge of operations to several companies with a focus on the amusement and leisure industry. He led an engineering team that developed and implemented software designed to increase visitor per capita spending, speed of service, and overall safety of the facility. The product was rolled out to several water parks with Mike an instrumental leader of the implementation team.

Mike was part of a successful group that resurrected an ailing amusement and water park in Alabama. He was responsible for managing the renovation of the distressed property and oversaw the completion of over 25 capital projects during four seasons. Oswald was promoted to General Manager where he oversaw the daily operation including water and amusement park operations, maintenance, finance, revenue, and risk management. |
