This water park and entertainment center was originally opened in early 1998, but was closed in 2002.  During the acquisition period, ProFun worked closely with the new owners to develop timelines and budgets for rehabilitation, refurbishment, and upgrades of water park, attractions, restaurant and general facility.  We also projected revenue and all expenses for pre-opening and the first season of operation.  Our marketing group outlined pre-opening, grand opening, and first year of operation advertising, publicity, group sales, and promotion.

ProFun Management Group maintains a minority ownership position in Daytona Lagoon which features a water park, restaurant, year-round family entertainment center that hosts laser tag, mini golf, go-carts, an arcade, rock wall, and interactive play area. It opened in early 2005.
