ProFun was called upon to manage the Daytona Beach Pier during the transition period leading up to the sale of the property.

Our team added new life to the Pier by upgrading the restaurant and bar facility.  We developed and implemented a new menu and re-opened the attraction within 30 days of closing on the sale.  Utilizing our technical and maintenance resource team, we rehabilitated the pier structure and infrastructure and performed a rehabilitation and refurbishment of two tourist favorites: The SkySurfer, a gondola ride that whisks guests up and down the pier over the Atlantic Ocean, and the Daytona 360, a unique ride that elevates guests 150 feet in the air for a 360-degree view of Daytona Beach and surrounding communities.

Daytona Beach is home of the "World's Most Famous Beach" and the Daytona 500. Over 8 million visitors come to Daytona Beach annually and many stop at the historic Daytona Beach Pier. The Pier is a mainstay of the lively Boardwalk area, featuring spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, a restaurant and bar, a gift shop, rides, and a favorite fishing spot for anglers of all ages.
