Dale’s extensive background in all facets of Operation, Human
Resources and Facilities Management has made him an invaluable resource
on ProFun projects. He was instrumental in the Pre-Opening and Opening
stages of uShaka MARINEWORLD in Durban, South Africa. Dale incorporated
Best Practices in the development of Operations Guidelines, Procedural
Standards, Training Materials and Performance Criteria with Relevant
Measurements. Additionally Dale was instrumental in, and made significant
contributions to, the rigorous Pre-Opening and Opening activities
assisting with Operational Planning, Guest Service and Show, Facilities
Maintenance, Food and Beverage and Security.
During Dale’s 35-year career as a senior executive with
the Walt Disney Company he oversaw a $60 million renovation of the
Disneyland Hotel, a $50 million dollar renovation of Fantasyland,
partnered with the Disneyland Entertainment Division to design,
engineer, and construct, FANTASMIC, a 30-million dollar multimedia
entertainment event, and acted as Resort Liaison with Walt Disney
Imagineering on new project design and construction on multimillion
dollar projects such as Splash Mountain, The Adventures of Indiana
Jones, Mickey’s Toontown, and Disney's California Adventure.
As Vice President of Resort Administration, he was responsible for
integrating the logistic and technical support with the operational
requirements needed for a 1.4-billion dollar Resort expansion.
Leveraging more than 35 years of service with the Walt Disney Company,
Dale offers value-added expertise in Facilities Management, Operations
and Human Resources. He is a creative problem-solver with the demonstrated
ability to improve financial performance. With an extensive background
in all facets of Operations and Facilities Management, he is expert
at approaching business from the perspective of customer satisfaction.
