Dave Milhausen is a senior financial and administrative executive with particular strengths in development, planning, budgeting, capital forecasting and systems implementation. Dave is a CPA who began his career in the theme park business after being recruited from Ernst & Young to head up the Internal Audit division for Walt Disney World in Florida. He moved on to handle all accounting and financial matters as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Ringling Bros. Barnum & Bailey Circus World. As Corporate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wet N Wild, he oversaw the financial systems and reporting of four water parks. Over the next eight years, Dave held various positions with MCA / Universal. He was originally hired as Vice President of Finance and Administration for Planning and Development to build Universal Studios, Florida. The $650 million dollar project tapped Dave’s skills in setting up authorization and approval processes required to complete this massive project and safeguard the project’s assets. As Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for MCA Recreation Services, he oversaw operations that generated a combined total of $600 million dollars in revenue annually. His duties included planning, budgeting, capital forecasting and reporting for: Universal Studios, Florida; Universal Studios, Hollywood; Yosemite National Park; six City Walk locations; and the Cineplex Odeon complex at Universal City. He was later promoted to Senior Vice President of Administration and Finance for Planning and Development for Universal where he oversaw development of proposed new parks worldwide.

Paramount Parks hired Dave as Executive Vice President of Administration for all theme parks where he oversaw accounting, marketing, human resources, legal, entertainment and development. He became Executive Vice President of Development and was responsible for expansion of Paramount Parks throughout the world. For ProFun, he most recently spent two years supervising the construction and financing for SPACE CENTER BREMEN in Bremen, Germany.
