Mike Leone has a thirty-plus year background in consumer marketing and public relations. He held corporate marketing positions with TWA, W.R. Grace Restaurant Company, Marriott Corporation, Busch Gardens and Disney.

For over twenty years Mike operated his own marketing, communications and promotions consulting firm: Leone & Leone Ltd. Clients included: EXPO 86 – the 1986 world’s fair held in Vancouver, British Columbia; Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament; Thomas Bros. Maps, Great Canadian Railtour Company, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, San Francisco’s Pier 39. Harvey’s Resort Hotel Casino at Lake Tahoe, British Columbia Ferries and Sea World of Florida. Mike’s professional agency background includes extensive experience in advertising, media planning, promotion, publicity, media tours, sponsor development, special event marketing and crisis communication.

Leone was a partner with the popular On Travel Radio Productions, a large producer of syndicated travel productions in the United States. On Travel produced special syndicated radio programs for several large tourism agencies including: British Tourist Authority, Tourism Canada, the Irish Tourist Board, Hong Kong Tourist Association, and the Office of Tourism for the State of California. On Travel was the first radio production company ever to receive a Lowell Thomas Award from the American Society of Travel Writers and was honored by this prestigious group for their radio production “Travel to D-Day”.
